Gov, Farmers Discuss Ways to Conserve Ogallala Aquifer

More than 400 farmers, local residents and elected officials gathered in Colby yesterday (THUR) to talk water. Specifically, the Ogallala Aquifer. Governor Sam Brownback hosted a summit on the future of the aquifer and how to conserve it. KPR's Stephen Koranda has more.
