Feds Downplay Rising Insurance Premiums Under Obamacare

Federal health officials are downplaying projected increases in health insurance premiums under Obamacare - the federal health insurance program. Officials with the Health and Human Services Department say headlines about anticipated premium increases overlook an important point: most Americans, including two-thirds of Kansans, will still be able to find a plan with a premium of $75 a month, or less.
