Exploiting the Versatile, Magical Soybean

If you think soybeans are just for livestock and vegetarians, think again. Over 3 billion bushels of soybeans are produced in the U.S. each year, and more and more of them are being used in manufacturing and biodiesel. Harvest Public Media’s Justine Greve has the story.
