Kansas City is hosting a listening session today (WED) on the Trump administration’s proposal to scrap the Obama era's Clean Power Plan. The forum is one of only three listening sessions scheduled nationwide and, as Brian Grimmett of the Kansas News Service reports, it’s expected to draw both attendees from nearby and far away.
