Effort Underway to Trim Length of KS Waiting Lists

Governor Sam Brownback is releasing millions of dollars in state funds to start the process of moving physically and developmentally disabled Kansans off waiting lists and into services. Advocates for people waiting for services are welcoming the move, but say that more needs to be done. Jim McLean of the KHI News Service has more.
