A Catholic priest with the Dodge City Diocese remains missing after walking away from a care facility last week. Father Marvin Reif (rife) left Valley Manor nursing home in Protection on April 3rd. Duane Reif says his 53-year-old brother suffers from mental health issues.
Duane Reif says his brother's mental health declined recently, following the death of their mother.
A search effort, organized by friends and family members, is underway in and around Protection to locate the missing priest.
