When Kansas Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins decided not to run for a sixth term she expected to see a bunch of GOP heavyweights jump into the 2nd District race. But that didn’t happen. And now Democrats think they have a fighting chance to score an upset. Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service has this preview.
