Coalition Pushes KanCare Expansion as Issue in Kansas Legislative Races

A new coalition is forming to pressure Governor Sam Brownback and state lawmakers to expand KanCare, the state’s privatized Medicaid program. Members of the Alliance for a Healthy Kansas jammed into a Statehouse meeting room yesterday (MON) to kick off their campaign. Heartland Health Monitor’s Jim McLean has more.
