Changes to Food Stamp Program Spark Controversy in KS

The change in the way eligibility is determined has denied assistance to thousands of children in families headed by illegal immigrants. But as Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, there is disagreement on whether the change has victimized children or made the system more fair.
