Brownback Wants Improvement in Kansas School Graduation Rate

Governor Sam Brownback said during his State of the State speech he wants Kansas to boost the state’s high school graduation rate to at least ninety five percent by 2023. Reporter Stephan Bisaha of the Kansas News Service, has a look into how achievable that goal might be.
