Brownback: State Officials Tallying Storm Damage

Governor Sam Brownback says it’s too early to know if Kansas will qualify for federal assistance to help rebuild after this weekend’s storms. Brownback says the damage covers a wide area.

Brownback and other state officials have toured some areas damaged by the storms. The Governor says despite the damage Kansans were fortunate, because the storms did not cause any fatalities in the state.
