Brownback Signs Tax Cut Bill Despite Predictions of Budget Crisis

Governor Sam Brownback says a massive tax-cutting bill that he signed into law on Tuesday will create jobs and grow the Kansas economy. But as Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, critics say the measure will bankrupt the state and force deep cuts in education and social services.
