Bill Would Limit Collective Bargaining for KS Teachers

A bill in the Kansas House would limit the bargaining rights of teachers. A committee heard from supporters and opponents of the bill yesterday (TUE). As KPR’s Stephen Koranda tells us, supporters of the measure want administrators to have more flexibility to hire and fire teachers.
