U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan is coming to Kansas this week, making stops in Topeka, Emporia and Kansas City. Tomorrow (TUE) afternoon, Duncan will hold a town hall meeting at Emporia State University. Commentator John Richard Schrock thinks Duncan needs to take a hard look at federal education reform efforts - and the effect they're having on teachers and students.

Education Secretary Arne Duncan's town hall meeting takes place at 2:45 Tuesday afternoon at Emporia State's Visser Hall. It's open to the public.
