What's the impact of the federal Affordable Care Act on the Kansas economy? That was the focus of a meeting yesterday (THUR) at the University of Kansas. One of the speakers was Andy Allison, the state's former Medicaid director, who now works in Arkansas. He said Arkansas has taken steps that could also help Kansas get more residents insured and save the state money. KPR's Bryan Thompson has more.
