Appeals Court Upholds Nebraska Funeral Picketing Law

A federal appeals court has upheld a Nebraska law which requires picketers to stay at least 500 feet away from funerals. This is another step in the fight between the courts and the Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka. For the Kansas News Service,  Aileen LeBlanc reports.
