Anti-Fluoride Bill Fails in the KS Legislature

A Kansas House committee has rejected a controversial fluoride bill. The Health and Human Services Committee said no to the measure, which would have required communities to warn residents about the dangers of fluoride. The bill also required cities to tell residents that fluoride lowers the IQ of children. Jim McLean, of the KHI News Service, has more on yesterday's (MON) vote, which effectively ends consideration of the bill this session.
