Write a Successful National Register Nomination Workshop

The Doulgas County Heritage Conservation Council and Lawrence Preservation Alliance invites the public to a special workshop focused on how to research and write a national register nomination. Presenter, Amanda Loughlin, National Register Coordinator, Kansas Historical Society, will share insights for those interested in nominating a historic home or business building or those who have an interest in having a church or historic site placed on the state or national register. Ms. Loughlin will also discuss how to create a designation historic district. Buildings on the state or national register may be eligible for state tax credits.
