Sandra Moran and the History of Lesbian Literature at the TSCPL

Sandra Moran is a sixth generation Kansan and the author of Letters Never Sent, Nudge and All We Lack. Moran writes stories that feature gay and lesbian characters in prominent roles, which is still not particularly common in Kansas literature. Moran notes that she wants to write work that reflects her reality and her roots. The Topeka and Shawnee County library will host the author on June 18, from 7-8:30, for a discussion of the History of Lesbian Literature, and the future of the genre. You’ll have a chance to win a copy of one of Sandra Moran’s novels, and the author will sign books following the event.
