Description: Ottawa Library is proud to host the local author of Girl in Reverse, Barbara Stuber. She will be at Ottawa University on Tuesday, February 28 at 7pm to discuss her inspiration for the book and take questions. We will have many door prizes and books can be purchased and signed at the event. Her book Girl in Reverse was selected as the O-Town Reads 2017 community read, we have handed out 500 copies of the book to the community. The story is about Lily Firestone, a girl of Chinese descent, that was left at an orphanage and adopted by a Kansas City family. This author visit will be at Ottawa University, Hasty Conference Room. It is open to the public and for all ages. Refreshments, book signing, t-shirts and door prizes. This is Ottawa Library's second community read. Books are available at the library.
