Description: Our highly popular Art of Conversation series--a partnership of the Watkins and the Lawrence Arts Center--continues with a special event! Final Friday will feature a panel discussion with representatives from Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center, The Sexual Trauma and Abuse Care Center, the Winter Center, Audio Reader, and the Dole Institute of Politics. Representatives from the Dole Institute will also display materials from their collection related to the ADA, and we'll have free refreshments as well. The American Brass Quintet is internationally recognized as one of the premier chamber music ensembles of our time and celebrated for peerless leadership in the brass world. As the 2013 recipient of Chamber Music America’s highest honor, the Richard J. Bogomolny National Service Award for significant and lasting contributions to the field, the quintet’s rich history includes performances in Asia, Australia, Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Canada and the United States; a discography of nearly 60 recordings; and the premieres of over 150 contemporary brass works.

Description: Singer/Songwriter Til Willis will be releasing a new solo album on March 31st at Art Emergency. In keeping with the theme of the album, which is "No Genre", the first twenty copies of the album will be released on photograph. These photos will be on display as part of the release and art show.
