A: Cimarron National Grassland

The Cimarron National Grassland is located in Morton County, in extreme southwest Kansas, with a very small portion extending eastward into Stevens County. The Cimarron National Grassland is located near the Comanche National Grassland, across the border in Colorado. The Cimarron National Grassland is administered by the U.S. Forest Service, which has a local ranger office in the Morton County seat of Elkhart.
