The Scarecrow’s pitchfork from the "Wizard of Oz" (at least one of them) is on display at the Museum of World Treasures in Wichita.

Q: A pitchfork used by the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz is on display at this Kansas attraction. This place also has dinosaurs, Egyptian mummies, Civil War uniforms, Lucille Ball’s pearl necklace and an autograph collection featuring the signature of every American president. What’s the name of this museum and where is it?

A: The Museum of World Treasures in Wichita (Old Town)

The Museum of World Treasures in Wichita has a fascinating and eclectic collection of items on display: dinosaurs, Egyptian mummies, Civil War uniforms, space-related stuff and Old West artifacts. There’s also TV and movie memorabilia, like the Scarecrow’s pitchfork from the Wizard of Oz (well, at least ONE of them) and the signature pearl necklace worn by Lucille Ball in “I Love Lucy.” Located in Wichita’s historic Old Town, this museum features an autograph collection with the signatures of every American president. Wanna see a section of the Berlin Wall? They’ve got that, too. You’ll also find an interesting mix of items from the world of sports and music.
