A:  Eric Stonestreet

Eric Stonestreet is an Emmy Award-winning actor, best known for his starring role as Cameron Tucker on the ABC comedy Modern Family. He was born in Kansas City, Kan., in 1971.  

Stonestreet is a graduate of Piper High School and KSU. While he plays an openly-gay character on Modern Family, he is heterosexual and often proclaims that he is "openly straight."
