Alumni and friends from all over the world are coming together today to support the University of Kansas during KU's first 24-hour giving campaign. This historic fundraising event is the perfect opportunity to support the KU programs and priorities most meaningful to you, including programming on KPR, which is licensed by the University of Kansas. The campaign ends tonight at 11:59 pm. 
 

Kansas Public Radio is seeking gifts to supports its news department.

Whether seeking local, state or national news, over 100,000 listeners know they can depend on Kansas Public Radio. The KPR News Fund helps support news and information programming. Gifts provide resources to cover the costs associated with:

  • Statewide news coverage
  • Kansas Statehouse news coverage
  • Local news coverage
  • KPR public affairs programs such as KPR Presents, which broadcasts many lectures and talks given at KU
  • Community issue discussion events
  • Acquisition of national news programming from a variety of sources, including National Public Radio
