Their mixture of honesty, authenticity, knowledge and humor has won them numerous awards (including a Peabody), accolades from every major national publication, and the loyalty of millions of public radio listeners.

Live Coverage: Congress Investigates Russian Cyber-Attacks on US Election Systems

Wednesday is another big day of testimony before two Congressional committees investigating Russian attempts to influence the 2016 Presidential election. Notably, former Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson (under President Obama) is scheduled to appear Wednesday before the House Intelligence Committee. Members of Congress will quiz Johnson on the details of widespread Russian cyber-attacks that targeted U.S. elections systems last year, and so-called "active measures," a Russian information warfare strategy which includes spreading falsehoods. At the same time, another hearing will be taking place in the Senate, where some current homeland security officials and state election officials will testify on related matters.

Live Coverage: Attorney General Jeff Sessions Testifies about the Russia Investigation

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is testifying before the Senate Intelligence Committee at 2:30pm ET today, as the investigation continues into Russian attempts to influence the 2016 presidential election. Sessions is expected to take questions about his recusal from the Russia investigation, his own meetings with Russian officials, and what if anything he knew about a private Oval Office meeting between President Trump and fired FBI Director James Comey.

Watch Live: Former FBI Director Comey Testifies about the Russia Investigation

Former FBI Director James Comey is testifying before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence this week, speaking publicly for the first time since he was fired by President Trump nearly a month ago. The Senate Committee is looking into the circumstances around Comey's dismissal and how they relate to the FBI investigation of Russian interference in the U.S. Election. The White House has given conflicting messages about the reasons for Comey's firing. Sources close to Comey say the President told Comey to shut down the Russia investigation. That's a charge that the White House denies. A Special Counsel has since been tapped by the Justice Department to head the probe.
